Lucian is the founder and CEO of SAMEDAY, the first Romanian courier company to expand internationally, operating the easybox locker delivery network. An entrepreneur by definition, Lucian founded SAMEDAY with the desire to innovate and develop “a different way of doing courier services.” Entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, agility, and customer centricity are values that Lucian has instilled in the organization. These constitute the fuel for SAMEDAY’s spectacular growth, which, 17 years after its founding, is among the leading players in its market segment and the first Romanian courier company with operations outside the country’s borders.

Mihai is the co-founder and CEO of Bittnet Group, which he started with his brother Cristian Logofătu in 2007. Under their leadership, Bittnet became the first Romanian IT company to be listed on the Stock Exchange and to create a professional board for a small company. They successfully raised €10 million through capital market mechanisms and were the first to issue bonds for an acquisition. Since its listing in 2015, Bittnet Group’s value has increased nearly tenfold. Mihai embodies the entrepreneurial spirit, believing that "true entrepreneurs know that their fate is in their own hands," driving excellence for his business and partners.
