Laura Ștefan, the Managing Director at Accace Romania, is a remarkable leader with over 20 years of experience in the professional services industry. Guided by Steve Jobs’ wisdom that “Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people,” Laura leads with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.

She coordinates her local team of professionals, fostering a unified and effective working environment and contributing to a robust and growing client portfolio in Romania. Laura’s leadership style, industry knowledge, and dedication to her team’s success underline her career.

Rares BĂCIOIU has 3 years of experience in technology at eMAG, switching to HR to grow one of the newly established and critical areas: People Analytics. Along with it came process efficiencies and implementing organizational projects for employees.

Now, Rares manages the People Analytics & Tech department, which focuses on three key areas to enhance the employee experience within the company: data-driven decision-making for employee experience, performance management process, and ensuring a great experience with HR technologies dedicated to employees.

Lucian Mățăoanu has 15+ years of experience in various commercial and leadership roles in telecom, in Romania, Poland, and Switzerland.

He led large organizations during strategic and transformational projects related to infrastructure expansion, customer base management or M&A, and company strategy redesign. He currently holds the CEO role at Hyperfy, an “end-to-end” high-tech solutions provider for physical security solutions.

Evelina Necula is an education entrepreneur, communication specialist, and mother of a preschooler. She co-founded Kinderpedia, the communication and management solution for education used in over 2,000 schools in Europe and worldwide.

For the past 8 years, she has been involved in research, pilot projects, and communication campaigns dedicated to the impact of technology in education. Graduate of the Open University Business School, Evelina has more than 17 years of experience in marketing and communication in the education, corporate and retail fields.

Raluca Răschip is a team transformation consultant, Head Coach and Team Coach at The Entrepreneurship Academy. She has 20 years of experience in leadership positions and working with teams.

She is a former Director of the Consumer & Retail division of GfK Romania, where she managed multiple teams. Since 2019, she has been an accredited Coach of the International Coaching Federation.
