Rareș has 3 years of experience in technology at eMAG, switching to HR to grow one of the newly established and critical areas: People Analytics. Along with it came process efficiencies and implementing organizational projects for employees.

Now, Rares manages the People Analytics & Tech department, which focuses on three key areas to enhance the employee experience within the company: data-driven decision-making 
for employee experience, performance management process, and ensuring a great experience with HR technologies dedicated to employees.

Bogdan has been an entrepreneur for his entire adult life and has been solving impossible problems since 2003. He has experience in software consultancy and open-source software. In 2013, he built the fashion tech company Adore Me. 

He is currently leading 12 engineering teams in Bucharest, and he’s into organizational culture, growing communities, and creating excellent experiences for people. As a leader, he’s always trying to be vulnerable and open about his failures, mistakes, and flaws so others feel safe enough to do the same.

Radu’s mission is to ensure that information is easily accessible to every person or department within the company. He started writing code when he was 10, so his passions are programming and analyzing data. 

The department’s goal is to integrate automation into Zitec’s processes, monitor and evaluate interactions across departments, create visually pleasing and valuable dashboards, share data 
insights, and find innovative ways for knowledge sharing.
