Bucharest, April 16, 2025 - Transylvania College has been confirmed as a British School Overseas at the end of a 4-day inspection process run by Penta, an inspection board recognized by the UK’s Department for Education. It was the sixth such inspection in the school’s 30+ years of history. The school leveraged Mirro, an all-in-one performance management platform, to enhance collaboration and performance tracking — key factors in the outstanding feedback received from the inspection team.

Additionally, Mirro’s Kudos feature encouraged peer recognition, with each staff member receiving at least one public recognition per month—significantly above the industry average.

In 2024, after a rigorous evaluation process, Transylvania College maintained the BSO accreditation with an outstanding score, solidifying its position among the top British international schools.
